A house made of sandwich panels is reliable, durable and environmentally friendly, consumes a minimum amount of energy resources for heating and air conditioning and requires no special maintenance during operation. The interior space concept of the house, based on the simplicity and functionality of the rooms, ensures optimal living comfort.
Starmodul’ s technology is applicable for the construction of single-storey sandwich panel houses, as well as commercial pavilions, administrative and domestic buildings, etc.
Advantages of building a house with sandwich panels
Energy efficiency
PanelSandwich.ORG sandwich panels filled with polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) with a thickness of 100 mm are used for the floor, walls, partitions and roof of the house. PIR panels are the most energy-efficient building structures and provide an effective wall thermal conductivity λ = 0.022 W/m-K. For example, for 160 mm thick PIR metal panels, the heat transfer resistance is R=7.43 m2K/W, with the minimum value allowed according to DBN B.2.6-31 for temperature zone I Rmin=4.0 m2K/W for walls and Rmin=7.0 m2K/W for roofs. To optimize the construction cost, the sandwich panels between rooms have the same characteristics as the sandwich panels for exterior walls.
At PanelSandwich.ORG we build thermally and acoustically efficient panel houses and they are built in record time.
