PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Tile-Effect Sandwich Panel, Slate Grey RAL 7022, is an insulating solution for roofs that combines the aesthetics of traditional tiles with the advantages of a prefabricated panel. It consists of two profiled metal sheets and a rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) core.
This variant features an exterior slate grey RAL 7022 finish, suitable for homes, porches, renovations, annexes, and roofs where a more sober and contemporary look is desired.
It uses the same technical base as the tile-effect sandwich panel: 1,000 mm effective width, thicknesses of 30, 40, and 50 mm, a longitudinal modulation of 350 mm, and a minimum slope of 10%.
The manufacturing length ranges from 2.10 to 14.00 m in multiples of 0.35 m, with a maximum recommended length of 8.05 m. The PUR/PIR core has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.0207 W/m·K.
Insulating panel for roofs with a minimum slope of 10%. Its geometry reproduces the shape of a tiled roof and combines exterior finish, enclosure, and insulation in a single prefabricated element.

This page corresponds to the Tile-Effect Sandwich Panel, Slate Grey RAL 7022 variant. The dark tone provides an appearance similar to slate roofs and facilitates its integration into residential and renovation projects.
The base technical datasheet for the tile-effect panel is common to all color variants. The specific availability of RAL 7022 must be confirmed when placing an order.
The on-screen color representation is indicative. If the tone is critical for the project, we recommend confirming a physical sample.
The installation of the Tile-Effect Sandwich Panel, RAL 7022, must be carried out on a correctly dimensioned structure and with a minimum slope of 10%.
In more severe environments, the technical documentation recommends applying silicone to the panel joint to help prevent condensation.
Important: admissible spans must be checked using load tables and the actual conditions of each roof.

The specific availability of the RAL 7022 finish must be confirmed at the time of order.
QUESTIONS
It is the slate grey RAL 7022 finish variant of the tile-effect sandwich panel, maintaining the same geometry and base technical performance of the panel.
The minimum slope indicated in the base technical datasheet is 10%. The project must also consider the geometry, joints, flashings, and climatic conditions of the site.
The technical datasheet includes thicknesses of 30, 40, and 50 mm, with an indicated tolerance of ±2 mm.
The declared thermal transmittance is 0.45 W/m²·K for 30 mm, 0.37 W/m²·K for 40 mm, and 0.31 W/m²·K for 50 mm.
The manufacturing length ranges from 2.10 to 14.00 m in multiples of 0.35 m. The maximum recommended length indicated in the datasheet is 8.05 m.
It does not expressly appear in the color chart of the provided technical datasheet. This page corresponds to the commercial slate grey RAL 7022 variant, so its availability must be confirmed when requesting a quote.
