PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The RAL 8004 Tile Red Tile Sandwich Panel is an insulating roof panel with a geometry inspired by traditional tiles. It consists of two profiled metal sheets and a rigid core of polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR).
The outer sheet incorporates a textured finish that enhances visual similarity to a conventional tiled roof. The color RAL 8004 Tile Red is the primary reference for this product.
It is suitable for roofs with a minimum slope of 10%. The effective width is 1,000 mm and it is manufactured in thicknesses of 30, 40, and 50 mm.
Manufacturing lengths range from 2.10 to 14.00 m in multiples of 0.35 m, with a maximum recommended length of 8.05 m.
The PUR or PIR core has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.0207 W/m·K and a density of 40 kg/m³.

The standard exterior finish is 25 µm textured polyester paint. The main color for this product is RAL 8004 Tile Red.
The technical documentation also includes other exterior finishes such as RAL 8023 Light Tile Red, RAL 9005 Jet Black, and aged finishes with a traditional appearance.
For the interior face, RAL 9010 Pure White, textured wood finish, and other decorative finishes are considered. The possibility of a lacquered aluminum metallic coating is also indicated.
Colors displayed on screen are indicative. When the tone is critical, a real sample should be checked before confirming the order.
The installation of the RAL 8004 Tile-Effect Sandwich Panel must be carried out on a correctly sized structure and with a minimum slope of 10%.
In more severe environments, the technical documentation recommends applying silicone to the panel joint to help prevent condensation.
Important: admissible spans must be checked using the load tables and the actual conditions of each roof.

The technical data sheet includes tables of uniformly distributed loads for spans from 1.05 to 3.50 m, differentiating upward and downward loads, single or multiple support, and sheet configurations of 0.5/0.4 and 0.5/0.5 mm.
