For this project, we enclosed a warehouse in Aspa, combining the existing concrete structure with StarModul and sandwich panels on both the facade and the roof.
The goal was to enclose the building quickly, neatly, and functionally, creating a protected space ready for daily use as a warehouse.
Facade and Roof Enclosure
The building features a concrete main structure, over which the sandwich-panel enclosure is installed. The images show the work being done from both the interior and the exterior, enclosing the sides and creating a more protected and orderly exterior envelope.
Sandwich panels allow for the construction of both the facade and the roof using the same approach: quick installation, a high-quality finish, and improved insulation against the outside.
Integration with the StarModul system
In this project, the StarModul system is integrated as an auxiliary structural solution to complete the assembly and facilitate the installation of the exterior walls.
Its bolted metal system allows it to adapt to the existing structure, provide support points, and facilitate a more organized panel installation. This is especially useful in warehouses where a practical, durable, and quick-to-install solution is needed.
A more secure and functional warehouse
This renovation transforms an open structure into a much more functional space. The sandwich-panel enclosure provides protection from the sun, rain, and wind, while also enhancing the building’s overall appearance.
