EPDM pipe flashing: flexible cone with an aluminium base for sealing pipes and flues through the roof.

How do I seal a pipe through a sandwich panel roof?

With an EPDM pipe flashing: it is cut to the pipe size, its aluminium base adapts to the ribs and it is fixed with sealant and screws.

Can I repair a small tear in the sheet?

Yes. Aluminium-faced butyl tape seals small tears and joints cold, with no special tools.
