PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The cover-strip roof sandwich panel is an insulated roof panel with hidden fixing via cover strip. It consists of two profiled metal sheets bonded to a rigid polyurethane (PUR) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) core.
Its cover-strip system covers the fixing area and provides a cleaner external finish, while maintaining the thermal and mechanical performance of a roof sandwich panel. It is suitable for roofs with a minimum slope of 5%.
It has a useful width of 1,000 mm and is manufactured in thicknesses from 30 to 100 mm. The technical documentation covers manufacturing lengths from 4.00 to 20.00 m, with 13.00 m as the recommended maximum length.
The panel is produced in accordance with EN 14509. The PUR or PIR core has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.0207 W/m·K and a density of 40 kg/m³ ±10%.
Insulated panel for roofs with a minimum slope of 5%. The fixing is protected by the upper cover strip, providing a roofing solution with concealed screws. The choice of thickness, support spacing and sheet thickness must be checked against the project’s actual loads.

The standard finish indicated in the technical datasheet is 25 µm polyester paint. Special 55 µm coatings and 35 µm PVDF finish may also be available, subject to availability and supply conditions.
The stated colour range includes: RAL 9010, RAL 9006, RAL 9004, RAL 7022, RAL 7016, RAL 7012, RAL 6005, RAL 5010, RAL 3009 and RAL 1015.
Colours shown on screen are indicative. When shade is critical, please check a real sample before confirming the order.
Installation of the cover-strip roof sandwich panel must be carried out on a correctly sized structure. The main fixing is covered by the cover strip, so it is important to follow the installation system and correctly fit the upper closing piece.
The technical datasheet includes an optional transverse overlap. The specified overlap cut-backs are 100, 200 or 300 mm, while a 50 mm reference is indicated for the eaves cut-back.
Important: allowable spans must be verified using the load tables and the real conditions of each job.

QUESTIONS
It is an insulated roof panel whose fixing is concealed by a cover-strip piece. It consists of two profiled metal sheets and a rigid PUR or PIR core.
The minimum slope indicated in the technical datasheet is 5%. The roof slope length, overlaps, trims and the site’s climatic conditions must also be considered.
The technical datasheet includes thicknesses of 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100 mm, with a stated tolerance of ±2 mm.
The declared U-value ranges from 0.61 W/m²·K for 30 mm to 0.19 W/m²·K for 100 mm. The declared thermal conductivity of the PUR and PIR core is 0.0207 W/m·K.
The cover strip covers the main fixing area, providing a cleaner external finish and visually protecting the screw line.
The technical datasheet covers manufacturing lengths from 4.00 to 20.00 m, with a recommended maximum length of 13.00 m. The transverse overlap is listed as a manufacturing and installation option.
