Sandwich panels are manufactured in a RAL colour chart. The most commonly ordered are RAL 9010 white, greys (RAL 7016 anthracite, RAL 7012 basalt, RAL 7024 slate and RAL 9006 metallic), RAL 3009 red and RAL 6005 green. The tile-effect panel has its own finishes: RAL 8004 tile red, slate and aged finishes. The inner face is usually RAL 9010 white, and in residential applications it can also be slatted wood.

Exterior-face colours available for each panel type. Other RAL colours can be manufactured to order, subject to a minimum quantity.

Tile-effect sandwich panel colours
The tile-effect sandwich panel has its own finishes, designed to make the roof look like ceramic tiles:
- RAL 8004 tile red: Marseille tile, tile red and smooth red.
- Slate grey: RAL 7022 slate-grey tile and RAL 7024 slate-effect.
- Aged finishes: aged ochre and aged red, with irregular tones that mimic old tiles.
- RAL 6005 green: green tile.
Finishes that mimic other materials
- Wood-effect: wood-effect façade sandwich panel, for homes, porches and offices.
- Brick-effect: brick-effect façade.
- Natural wood: the wood-effect sandwich panel features a natural fir finish on the exposed face, giving it the look of real wood.
Inner-face colour
- RAL 9010 white: the most common. It brightens industrial units, warehouses and garages.
- Slatted wood: on tile panels and residential roofs, to leave the ceiling exposed.
- White polyester: on Agropanel, because it withstands ammonia in farms.
- RAL 9010 white on both faces: on cold room panels, easy to clean.
How to choose the colour
- Heat: light colours reflect more sun. A dark roof heats up more and the sheet metal expands more.
- Regulations: some local councils, especially in rural areas or historic town centres, require tile red or grey. Check before placing your order.
- Surroundings: green and cream are widely used on agricultural buildings because they blend into the landscape.
- Same-colour Flashing: order the Flashings at the same time as the panel so the shade matches.

Which sandwich panel colour heats up the least?
Light colours: white, cream or metallic grey. They reflect more solar radiation than dark colours.

Yes, it can be manufactured to order in other RAL colours, subject to a minimum quantity. Ask us about lead times.
Can the inner face be a different colour?
Typically it is RAL 9010 white. For residential applications, slatted-wood interiors are available, and for farms, polyester.
